The people at etrailer are extremely helpful and well versed in their product line. I purchase Draw-Tite trailer hitch assembly and it was the perfect fit for my truck and easy to install. I also tried to set my truck up for with a a wiring harness and ordered what I thought was the proper fit for my needs. Unfortunately, the wiring in my trucks underside was not compatible with the harness I ordered, when I made a call to customer service I spoke to a very nice person who explained to me why that harness would not work but unfortunately had no other options for me. (Ford Thing!) Anyway, I highly recommend etrailer.com!

Have had this hitch on my 2023 Ford F-150 XLT, with no factory hitch. We made several trips, some quite long, towing a 26’ travel trailer. This hitch is excellent! No problems whatsoever! I still highly recommend it.
This is a very heavy, very sturdy receiver. The installation video (specific to my 2020 F150) was exceptional! It covered all aspects of the installation. I'm not too far from etrailer, so I got the hitch a day after ordering, and I had it fully installed less than 24 hours after ordering. One note: The installation has you un-installing the chassis ground wire and then re-installing it into the same hole in the chassis through a hole in the receiver frame. I thought the hole in the receiver was a little to small to allow the ground wire to make good contact with the chassis, so I drilled and tapped a new hole in the chassis just above the receiver frame. Definitely not necessary, but I've had issues with grounding on previous trucks so I thought it worth the extra few minutes.

Thanks for the insight! I think you advice could save future readers a headache or cure one they may be dealing with when it comes to the ground wire. We would love to see photos of the install if you ever felt like sending a few in. :)

Fast service and quality items. Heavy duty trailer hitch. Had it installed by U-Haul for $150.
Zero mounting hardware. Hitch arrived by itself with nothing else but cardboard in the box. Really upsetting. Delaying my projects due to lack of quality control.
The hitch fitment is perfect. It looks good on the pickup. Was able to install by myself following the installation video. I would recommend this to anyone.
Absolutely outstanding!
It would have been easier to install with my truck up on a lift but as it was I installed it by myself in my driveway. It took about an hour and a half.
I pull a Grand Design Imagine 2670mk as well as a 12,000lb Kubota tractor and trailer from time to time. The hitch as performed flawlessly!
What sold me was the youtube video on the insulation. Made it so easy to install. The fast delivery was great. Loved that you spent the extra time to wrap the hardware to the receiver. The part itself is well built and I can feel confident towing the max weight if needed. Thank for a great towing package.

Looks like you did a great job!
Appears to be very high quality and installation was very straight forward. Pay attention to getting the new ground screw lined up and started before tightening everything down.
easy to put on the truck the instruction video made it so much easier. Even without a lift.
Fast delivery, great installation video, fair price, excellent product.
After a horrible ordeal with one I ordered from Amazon I am thankful I cancelled that and ordered from etrailer as etrailers shipping was fast and on time!

I've had this for a year and am really happy with it. Installation wasn't TOO bad, but a bit more difficult on an F150 than my last truck, a Tacoma. Be prepared to use jacks and stands and muscle some things in to place.

Fits perfect !!!!! took an hour and a half tops.
The product is excellent, unfortunately, my box was destroyed in transit. Luckily, all hardware was attached to the hitch receiver. There were a few chips in the paint when I removed the hitch, which I had to repaint.
Pretty easy install me and the wife did while I was watching a install video.
Great product. Took about an 1.5-2 hours to install no issues to date
Seems to be very well built. Haven't installed it yet.
Received faster than I expected the box was torn open from UPS handling but other than a couple of places the paint was rubbed off it was fine.
Great fit, easy installation. You need an aftermarket bumper to make it work, or be willing to take a Rotary tool to the stock hitch.
Well made and undamaged as received. It was missing two small parts plates but customer service shipped out same day. Good service

The receiver itself is nice and solid. what should have been a 30-40 minute install turned into 1.5 hours. Was having an issue on one side not being able to get the bolt through spacer and receiver hole. One of the spacers holes was not large enough for the bolt to go through. Had to manually drill the hole larger to make it work. hopefully this isn't the same for everyone. Overall satisfied with the look and functionality. would be 5-star review but due incorrect hardware I'm marking it down.
Great hitch. I have never seen a hitch with such stout safety chain connection points. The “piano wire” included in the installation kit had me guessing if I made the right choice or not for a second, but I can now say that they make all the difference in the degree of difficulty on the installation! That wire made all the difference! Really well made hitch all around.
